Plus, it's better than the "Is he stupid, or is this a language issue?" question that I had with one of my exes.

thats why people shouldnt date people that they dont understand :peach other verbally or mentally. unless there was alot of sexual language communication.

On a slightly serious note, for all of you complaining about your lack of dates, and any single people in general why didn't you go to the DS happy hour last week? I understand 2 people went, and we had 3 at the last one. Surely one single person on this board thought they might meet someone interesting?

In my experience, you have to make an effort to meet people, and if I were really trying to broaden my dating horizons, a ready made group of friendly strangers is a great start. I'm not criticizing anyone, really, but it crosses the mind you know. And I am not saying meeting people is neccesarily easy.

On a slightly less serious note, what do you guys say about chipping in for a date for Flexi and Armchair. They can meet at Tea Lounge, have dinner at Too Boots, and then maybe a drink at cocoa bar, giving them an opportunity to vent at all the groups of people we bitch about on the board, and if we're lucky, they'll make a love connection!

i'll make it to some happy hour sometimes in the winter for ds and ph. right now this is my most busy working season.
