Those are your cross streets? How's the commute into the city from there? I always feel like that one is not a short commute, but I suppose that's all in perspective. It could just be the lack of convenience for transferring and Manhattan coverage of the train line

You are not too far from the B38 and B54 so you have access to most of Bed Stuy, Bushwick and Fort Greene. You have access to Myrtle Avenue and are not too far from Fulton Street.
