According to the Patch's Assault write up, a 38 year old man assaulted a 56 year old woman, and the police did a canvass of the area and arrested a 38 year old.
-While I feel for the victim who was punched, if the Patch is giving us the full story, I am glad I was not a 38 year old in the area.

Let's now move on to one of the Grand Larceny stories. I assume the ATM of Capital One Bank won't dispense $3000, so the person had to use the teller. However, the tellers are not there at 12:45 AM, so I assume they meant 12:45 PM.
-I have to assume they either spent a lot of time in the bank waiting for someone to withdrawal a lot of $, knew the guy would withdrawal lots of $ in advance, or saw some guy leave the bank displaying a massive amount of $. While I would hate to be tricked out of $3278, I have to give these "helpful" criminals credit for finding a very gullible victim who had just withdrawn an unusually large amount of money.
