  • Yeah well as a NYC landlord he should have known that after 90 days of openly keeping a pet, the no pets clause is defunct for the life of that particular pet.

  • yeap landlord has no rights in nyc so he is basically has to accept cat after those 90 days.

  • The landlord had rights for the first 90 days to say no pets.
