I watched it using "Mega Video." It was dvd quality. I'm not sure about the others.
  • Saw UP, it was super good, but dude 10 mintues into it I was crying like a baby. It's so sad! Did love the SQUIRRREL moments completely!!

I have Public Enemies with sexy Johnny Depp, oh man can't wait to see it!
  • Thanks for all the film recommends guys... I've come to rely on a few of you with your picks now since you've proven yourselves with some good ones....I saw INGLORIOUS BASTARDS last week thought it was a pretty good film....only bad part in the films was BRAD PITT ...sorry girls, but I just don't think he's all that...definately not a natural on camera imo.. His imitation Southern drawl is pitiful in this film!!! I can think of so many other actors that would have worked so much better here...maybe Collin Farrell..yeah.. or even Christian Bale!!
  • Watching (and liking) "500 Days of Summer" right now

Oooh, that's at the top of my queue now. I love the two main actors in it.
  • ^^^ Zooey's a cutie... and not a bad actor, either.

Excellent film!! Colin Farrell....what an ACTA!!!! 8)
  • I agree with Em, The Hangover was hilarious. Flexi, it made me laugh pretty hard and that's been tough to do lately!

  • Finally saw "The Hangover" - very funny. Also saw "Hurt Locker", which was excellent
  • Paper Heart was blah.
  • Watched the SpongeBob Squarepants movie...again. It was great.

This was the ending to one of my favorite SpongeBob episodes.

The one where Squidward tried putting a band together to play at the Bubble Bowl. Squidwards enemy, Squilliam Fancyson, was waiting for them to suck...and so was Squidward. Then this happened:

  • Watched "Ghost World" and "Couples Retreat" last night.

"Ghost World" was good. Comedy/Drama. I enjoyed it.

"Couples Retreat" was cool. Vince Vaughn was the funniest of all.

"Up in the Air" w/ George Clooney was ok. Kind of a sad movie.

"Youth in Revolt" was very funny.
  • ^Em's gonna go to jail ...get yer shank ready, baby ;-)

I want to see "Up in the Air" and "Youth in Revolt". Probably, you know, in a theatre or something.
  • Why? I went to see 'Youth in Revolt" in the theater! Avatar, too, 2x. Which is an awesome movie.

If a movie is one that I really want to see, I'll go watch it in a theater,

"Up in the Air" was just for the beautiful George Clooney. I didn't know it existed till I bumped into it at the website so I watched it of course. :)
  • ha ha. I'm just giving ya shit. Love me my George Clooney. We share the same birthday too (and, yes, he's older. ha)
  • Doubt really disappointed me. Blah.

Gigantic (on instant play, Flexi) was surprisingly good, despite bad reviews. I didn't want it to end.
  • ^ thanks, OQ.I liked Doubt. I love Paul Dano, so I will add that to the queue.

I recently went down to 2 rentals a months since my mailing list was getting paltry while I still have a bunch on my instant queue.
  • I watched "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" today. Very good movie. Can't believe I waited over 10 years to see it.

    Also recently watched:

2 Nights in Paris - Liked it
    Sunshine Cleaning - Liked it
Away We Go - Loved it
  • I watched these tonight:

    Shallow Hal

    Fun with Dick and Jane

Two of my favorite comedies.
  • Jill Scott in "The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency" <--HBO series, now on netflix

It's like Monk, set in southern Africa.
Anthony Minghella directed the episode I saw.

    I love this show!
  • Not a rental, but...

Coraline is a pretty good stop motion animation movie. It's on HBO on Demand right now. The colors are great on my old tube television, so I know it must look pretty awesome in HD.
  • ^ I watched "away we go" on your recommendation. I didn't love it, but it was enjoyable. Thanks for the tip :-)
