What did you do for your birthday?

Quick story .....One of my Parents Tenants ....a female wanted the rooms by herself....great ...we checked her out ...she had a job and was going to school....previous addresses in Bklyn...no problem ....after she was in about 3 months later ...she said her cousin from Japan was coming to stay with her for a short while.....great still no problem.....a few months more go by ....and this guy from Japan ...the cousins boyfriend is staying for awhile........now getting to be a problem.....original Tenant says she is going to Japan for awhile and her cousin and the boyfriend will be paying the rent for her .......now OHHH Great! They turned out to be no problem.....and ended up leaving because they couldnt afford the rent ....and they split up......but what I think is happening ...is that they come here and cant get an apartment ...because of credit checks ....so this is how they go about getting their friends an apartment!!!

I did nothing ....everyone is still shot from being sick ....no one was in the mood for cake.....and to boot ...I put my foot in my mouth again....by saying please ...no more gift certificates for New York & Company ........I open Vinny's card ....guess what ??? 50- dollar gift certificate to ...yep New York & Co. ....we speeded throughthe Happy Birthday song...My Grandson was hysterical about that ....and then he helped me blow out that 1 candle......and I spent it on here with you guys ......so it was pretty good I have to admit!!!!

sorry ...it took awhile....I think when My Norton Virus Protection is scanning this site slows down......

I have a headache from the flood of memories that this site has brought back. This morning I'm making breakfast and thinking "Gee did I get all the names right". The only one I think is wrong is the mane of our manager/coach. I don't think it was Ralph It may have been Ron. MY HEAD HURTS

Hi Friends...
Inspection went very well this morning and I spent some time with young couple buying house. They are so special and I am happy I can leave it
to them. Between us and my sister-in-law, we're going to help them
furnish it. They are so deserving.

Sun is shining and I am hopeful for today for all of us. Having said that,
can someone call Anthony's house to talk to him or his wife? Anyone
feel comfortable with that? Guess Joe is the 'closest' to him? Not that
that matters.
