I'll leave the kitten in the car until I get my bag into the room. Geri is meeting me at the hotel. Her boyfriend (sounds weird at this age!!) is dropping her off. I will probably get there the night before or early morning if I nap in the car, lol.

It's The Downtown Sheraton so it should be a really nice place. I want to look at a few foreclosed homes while down there, preferably near Orlando. I am a Disney freak !!! Then you can come down for a vacation !!!

I just love Disney, all the parks. Hopefully my knees will love it also. I was there last year and the older kids hated it. Teenagers !!!! I may try to take my grand daughter with me if her mother agrees. Also, this way, I have to be back before the next Monday. I am sure my daughter in law will not agree and has plans already !!!

That would be nice right by Disney .... thats an idea!

So, it's me going solo and that is also good. My sister Marilyn may fly down to meet us. We are going to try to see Franny and Christina while there. Everyone lives in different places, far from each other.

Terry is leaving in 4 more days. I am sure she will have access to a computer. I am bringing my laptop, and Geri has a computer.

I remember going to the Health Clinic on 8th Avenue & maybe 15th Street. They also used to have the Hospital boat that took us out for the day and gave us free lunch, peanut butter & jelly and milk. If you needed shots, you got it on the boat.

There was a 5th Avenue Diner on 5th & 9th and also an entrance on 9th. There was a news stand on the corner and a bakery in between the side entrance & the news stand.

HI GUYS JUST GOT BACK FROM BROOKLYN (THE DENTIST) VERY, VERY WINDY. I THOUGHT MY LITTLE BEETLE WAS GOING TO FLY OFF THE VZ BRIDGE..LOL

NOT DOING THAT GREAT DOCTOR FINALLY CALLED AND SAID I HAVE VERY BAD ARTHRITIS IN MY KNEE AND THAT IS WHY I AM IN PAIN. PERSONALLY I THINK THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST AND MYSELF ARE RIGHT. WE THINK IT IS A CYST BEHIND THE KNEE. BUT.....THAT WOULD SHOW U IN THE MRI. I REALLY CAN NOT WALK ALWAYS IN PAIN.
HE SAID HE WILL GIVE ME A SHOT SO I CAN WALK IN ITALY AND I MIGHT HAVE TO TAKE MEDICATION.
I SHOULD HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THE OPERATION LAST YEAR I AM WORSE AFTER THE OPERATION....ARTHRITIS SHOULD BE MY ONLY PROBLEM. I KNOW PEOPLE ARE IN WORSE SHAPE AND ARE REALLY SICK.

I get my operative report and it has my name on it and says 70 yr old woman and meniscus taken out. NO I am 57 and I still have my cartilage.
Thank God it was not my heart. They gave someone else my info and I have some 70 year old"s info. That really sucks.

Terry - that is terrible......you always have to be careful when you go to the doctors that they are reading the right chart and right aligment and most important right body part....lol

When my mom went to the lung doctor, I think Laura was telling me that there was two Lorraine Giordano's...so we had to be real careful..

When you go walking do you wrap your knee, that might help a little while walking....hope you feel better..ayyy seeing your son and being in Italy, maybe you wont even think about your knee.....

Well the guy just finished powerwashing the house....he did a great job, wind at all.....I can't believe even my windows came so clean....you cannot beat the price $125.00...I had a few guys come in to give me a quote, one wanted $250.00 and the other wanted $650.00 could you believe it, for that price I could of rented a power washer and hired a few guys to do the job and still had money left over....lol so the guy I used originally wanted $175.00 which I thought was great then two weeks after I booked him, he called me to ask if he could put a sign on my lawn for a week, he would take $50.00 off....I joked with him and said you can leave the friggin sign for a year..would you do it for free....he didn't really laugh..lol lol so I paid $125.00 and my house and windows are so nice and clean.....

Oh well back to cleaning the inside of the house, they should invent a powerwasher that you could just spray the whole inside of the friggin house and it would be clean...lol lol

Hi Judy ....arent you happy its done....I hosed down the whole outside the other day.....and I always pour something all around the outside like potpouri lysol to make it smell nice ....My neighbor called his Son-in-law from DEP to report a sweet odor coming from Jersey ...swear!
