new bar opening soon in park slope...

Walked by Black Horse last night. The windows were all open and there were a couple people inside but it's not open yet. The bar looks nice - I want this place to open already!!!!! The owner (maybe?), an older grey haired craigy posh accented Brit told us they unfortunately failed an electric inspection for a tiny thing and the next appointment for re inspection isn't until August 19th.

Does anybody know what happened to them? I believe the bar still has not opened yet...after 3 month of their original plan.
